I wanted to give an update on how our Colorado competition finalists did at Nationals. Each age group consisting of 100 contestants took the national written and oral test. Here is how they did on that portion of the competition, remember–they had to qualify just to go to Nationals:
For Primary:
Caleb Harden (Thornton) was 6th out of 100
Joanna Harden (Thornton) was 51st out of 100
For Junior:
Tiffany Fliegel (Aurora) was 54th out of 100
For Senior:
Grace Ann Westfahl (Laramie) was 62nd out of 100
Charlie Brumbaugh (Cheyenne) was 96th out of 100
Competition was fierce for all of them and Caleb Harden advanced to the Semi-Final Round where he finished 13th, overall! Everyone give a hand to these fine young men and women and one more cheer for the Johnson family and other volunteers who keep making it happen!
