Christian Home Educators of Colorado is thankful for your desire to be a vendor at our state conference. Vendors may attain booth space by invitation only. The Vendor committee searches each year for the best vendors that sell excellent products and services designed to meet the needs of Christian home educating families. These vendors receive an invitation to participate in the upcoming conference. If you have not been invited and you feel your products meet the stringent guidelines listed below please fill out the form on the next page. If your company is selected the vendor committee will send you an invitation. If you do not receive an invitation by the dates listed in the schedule below, you have not been selected for the next years' conference.

We give priority to returning vendors so each year we have only a small number of booths available for new vendors. For those booths, we only consider vendors who:

agree to abide by our contract,
-
agree that their product and/or service, as well as conversations at the conference, will not offend the CHEC Statement of Faith, the Position Statement Concerning Creation, and the Position Statement on Home Education,
-
have offerings that are unique and cannot be found in many mainstream outlets,
-
have offerings that are of high quality,
-
have offerings that will meet the needs of the Christian homeschool market,
-
have offerings that are not unduly duplicated from vendors already attending the conference, and
- are not associated with a multi-level marketing company.
The Vendor Committee will evaluate all new requests to assure that the products or services offered fit within CHEC's guidelines. Those vendors who best fit into CHEC's vision will then be evaluated to ensure their product lines and/or services are not duplicating those offered by returning vendors. If your company is not invited, we encourage you to take advantage of one of the many other advertising oppurtuninties CHEC provides. Find out more
For the Vendor Comittee to evaluate your products and/or services adequately, you will need to provide information that will describe your products or services. This may include websites, samples of materials, a current catalog, or a detailed description of your products or services. Also, if not included on your website, please include your company's mission statement. Please remember that the more information we receive to evaluate your company the better your chances of being invited become. Vendors who do not submit adequate information will not be invited to attend the conference.
The CHEC board has decided to allow "alternative" colleges in the exhibit hall. If your college allows at least 50% of the students' credits to be earned while schooling at home, has a Biblical world view, and literal creation teaching, please contact the Vendor Chairman.
