Booth Prices and Set Up
Vendor Hall setup will start Thursday morning at 8 am, with over three hours of shopping that evening from 4:30 pm to 8 pm. On Friday the exhibit hall will be open from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Each booth space includes two (2) vendor badges that cover admission to the entire conference. If you have children 12 or under, they will receive a child’s Exhibit Hall Only badge at no cost. If you would like your children to have access to the entire conference, you must pay a one time fee of $30, which covers all children in your family. Also, we sell additional non-child (13 and above) Exhibit Hall only badges for $39 each. Additional non-child full conference badges are $89.
Vendor Demonstrations ($65)
A limited number of vendor demonstrations are available, therefore each vendor will be limited to two (2). Demonstrations may be recorded for quality control purposes, but will no longer be included in the whole conference recordings. For an additional $100, you may have your demonstration professionally recorded and edited by Resounding Voice. You may then reproduce it yourself, or you may contract directly with Resounding Voice for onsite reproduction with no CHEC involvement. Requests for demonstrations that have all paperwork and payment submitted will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Demonstrations will not be processed until all paperwork and payment are submitted. Vendor Demonstrations requests will not be accepted after February 28th due to assignment and publication deadlines. More about vendor demonstrations
