Tremendous opportunities await your business to promote your products and services at Colorado’s annual Home Educators Conference, with about 4,000 homeschoolers attending. You may apply to be one of the many vendors in the exhibit hall or advertise in the conference program or welcome bags.

Conference Program

Please note: The Conference Program ad approval & payment deadline is May 1st.

Every registered adult will receive a copy of the conference program when they arrive at the conference. The program contains complete information about the conference workshops, speakers, as well as maps of the exhibit hall and hotel. Many attendees keep their program during the year as a handy reference tool.

Submission Guidelines

    • All ads must be camera ready and exact dimensions listed, including border.
    • Minimum resolution accepted is 300 dpi.
    • Submit color ads in one of the following electronic formats: eps, tif, jpg or pdf.

We reserve the right to refuse any ad submitted. Payment must be made by the deadline to reserve your ad space.

  • Trim size is 8-3/8″ x 10-7/8″
  • Please allow for a 1/2 inch safe margin around your ad.
  • Include a .25” bleed with crop marks on the outside of the bleed area.

Welcome Bags

Please note: The material approval & payment deadline is June 5th.

Welcome Bags of fliers, catalogs and brochures will be given to attendees as they arrive at the conference each day. These 1,500 bags represent an excellent opportunity to get your advertising right into the hands of interested parents over a 3 day period. Any Welcome Bags that are not given out during the conference are handed out at Introductory Seminars throughout the year.

Please submit an electronic copy of your insert to for approval.

Approved applicants will be notified where inserts should be sent. Your inserts must arrive at our stuffing location in boxes between June 4th-June 11th. Do not deliver inserts to the CHEC office.

Final verification of receipt of shipment is the responsibility of the vendor. Inserts received after the bags are stuffed may be placed on a table, but this is not guaranteed. There will be no refunds issued for inserts that arrive after the bag stuffing.

Payment must be made by the deadline to reserve your ad space. We reserve the right to refuse any material submitted.

Please pre-fold literature to an 8 1/2 in. x 11 in. size or smaller.
