10 ft. X 10 ft. space with 8 ft. table - $240 - $450 depending on location (approximate size)
Each booth space will be provided with:
Booths are draped on the sides (3 ft.) and in the back (8 ft.). Every booth must have a sign. You may use the one provided or bring your own.
Tables, Electricity, Phone, & Wireless Internet
4 ft., 6 ft., and 8 ft. tables without skirt and table covering are provided at no cost by the Mart, but the tables must be ordered with the Mart’s form and be covered as the table tops are in poor condition.
Order table top and skirt from the decorator or bring your own.
Additional Equipment and Extra Table Top Order Forms
Denver Merchandise Mart does not provide extension cords. Please bring your own 15’-25’ extension cord(s) to plug into an outlet. Lighting may be inadequate for your needs depending on your location. If this is important to you, order electricity and bring lights.

Vendor Restocking Considerations:
The exhibit hall will be open to vendors from 7:30am to 9:30am on Friday and Saturday, so booths can be restocked and straightened. The dock will be open only from 7:30am - 9:30am. If you need to bring in materials at other times, you will need to use the glass door entrance on the south side of the Mart.
Storage Space Available for Rent:
We have a few lockable storage rooms on the west side of the Mart that can be used to store materials. The rooms may be accessed during the Exhibit Hall business hours if you need to have access to extra materials during the day. Our cost to drape these rooms:
$25 for a 10' x 20' space
$48 for a 20' x 20' space
There is also a $50 refundable deposit for the key to the room.
