Vendor Lounge

For your convenience, a room in which vendors may relax is provided. The Mart will not allow us to provide meals for you in this room, but there will be a water station. Vendor children must not be in the Vendor Lounge unless accompanied by an adult.

Meals

Denver Merchandise Mart does not allow CHEC to provide food or beverages for our vendors/guests except through the Mart's own catering service. In lieu of raising booth prices to include the high cost of providing catered box lunches for all vendors, we have chosen to allow you to make your own choices for meals. The Mart’s cash and carry cafe in the Expo building will be open; or you may eat at one of the nearby fast food restaurants. Water will be available in the vendor lounge.

Accommodations

Rooms are available at the Comfort Inn Central located adjacent to the Mart. The Comfort Inn Central offers an expanded continental breakfast, an exercise facility and an outdoor swimming pool, gift shop and hair salon.

CHEC has a special conference rate for up to four people per room.

Individual vendors need to make their own reservations directly with the hotel reservations desk by calling (303) 297-1717. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Mention Christian Home Educators to reserve your room.

Please make your hotel reservations by February if possible! If you wait until late spring, the hotel will be full.
