Beginning Piano Lessons in Aurora.
I am a home school mom with a music education degree and 9 years experience teaching music. I am interested in sharing my love for music with piano students. Beginning in September 2012, I will be offering half hour piano lessons at $15.00 per half hour-($60.00 per month). The first introductory lesson is free. References are available.

CCA assists you in completing your call to homeschool through high school. We believe it is the right and responsibility of the parents to educate their child, and we are simply a resource to that end. Again for 2012-2013: We will be offering many free classes. Students can take one or more classes (and participate in a lunch period that includes an optional hot lunch program and an optional free Bible class) on Mondays and Thursdays at our location in the Streets of Southglenn area, and work at home the other three days. Please see our website (above) for a list of classes. We also provide transcript/diploma preparation, service activities, social activities, and a graduation ceremony. Over 30 years of teaching experience. Great with children! Presently teaching before and after Public School hours, also searching for home schooled students to come weekly in mornings. Member of the Music Teachers Association (MTNA), Colorado State Music Teachers Association, Aurora Music Teachers Association, and member of the National GUILD Association. 45 minute weekly private piano lessons include Technique, Theory, Ear Training, Sight Reading, Transposition, and Composition. Students are prepared for competitive and non-competitive events like Muisc Festivals, Competitions, Seasonal Recitals and GUILD Auditions (May). Located near Parker Rd. and Arapahoe Rd. It is our mission to minister to homeschool families by providing Christ-centered, Parent led enrichment classes for homeschooled children in grades Pre-K/8. We offer classes that can be more easily learned in a group setting such as art, science, Spanish, music, and recess. Our school year consists of three 12-week semesters. We strive to provide an environment that will allow children to grow spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally. The goal of our program is that they will be prepared for the challenge of life from a Christian worldview. Other options in our program are a support group for parents and students with field trips, family nights, parties, etc. and an independent school.

Weekly private lessons and bi-monthly group performance lessons are offered. Private lessons are designed to meet the individual needs and unique talents of each student.
